Do I need experience or a cosmetology licence to take this masterclass?
You do not need a cosmetology licence to enrol. However, all students must follow their own state’s requirements regarding who can legally perform hair extension services. If your state requires a cosmetology licence or enrolment in a cosmetology program before working on clients, you must adhere to those rules.

Digital Products & Online Training
Due to the nature of digital products and online training, all sales are final.
Once a purchase has been made, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Training Kits
If you have purchased a physical training kit and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The kit is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The kit is returned in a resaleable condition.
You notify us of your intention to return the item within the 14-day return period.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used training kits.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Luxe & Learn cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once the returned kit has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your training kit arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
